A note on vendor leads. Your vendors can unlock the qualified, consent-gated contact list of the visitors who scanned their booth — a real reason for them to show up and come back. It's an optional vendor purchase, not a cost to you.

Pricing questions

What does it cost to run a free event?

Just your subscription. If you don't charge for tickets or vendor booths, we take nothing per-event — the percentage only applies when money actually changes hands.

How do the ticket and vendor fees work?

On a 3-way event you set your own ticket price and vendor fee. We take 5% of each ticket and 10% of each vendor fee (with a small ~$0.50 minimum to cover card processing). One toggle decides whether you absorb the fee or pass it on to the buyer.

What about networking events?

A 2-way networking event is a single flat fee based on how many attendees you expect: $29 up to 100, $79 for 101–500, $149 for 500-plus. No ticket percentages — the connection map is the whole product.

Which currencies can I bill in?

Six: USD, AUD, CAD, GBP, EUR and NZD. Your attendees and vendors are charged in your billing currency; payouts go to your own Stripe account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The subscription is month-to-month — cancel whenever. Your past event data stays exportable.
